Facilities

Cree First Nation of Waswanipi offers a range of facilities to the community, including a multipurpose Community Centre for events, gatherings, fitness rooms and an arena for sports activities/programs. Additionally, there is a space specifically for Youth called the Youth Center equipped with a lounge, a kitchen, gym, and fitness rooms. The Cultural Village serves as a hub for Elders and special events such as feasts, walking-out-ceremonies and the Winter Arts festival. It is equipped with a kitchen that serves Cree traditional meals for Elders and community members.
