The Public Works and Capital Works Department is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in our community through effective management of public assets and infrastructure. By working in collaboration across sub-departments, we aim to achieve our goals and meet the needs of our community efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities

Public Works:

•  Ensure the maintenance and functionality of CFNW public buildings.
• Oversee waste and water infrastructure maintenance.
• Manage road upkeep, snow removal, and garbage disposal.
• Maintain all CFNW machinery and vehicles to guarantee operational efficiency.

Capital Projects:

• Direct and oversee capital movement projects and major community programs.
• Manage the planning, execution, and completion of significant construction projects, including buildings and infrastructure.
