Cree First Nation of Waswanipi is delighted to announce the successful commencement of the Residential Infrastructure Phase 3 project with a groundbreaking ceremony.
This phase of the project includes the development of 45 residential lots, marking a pivotal step in our commitment to expanding quality housing options for community members. Construction is set to begin in the upcoming year.
This event took place on September 10th at the project site situated at the intersection of Waswanipi Chiefs Way and Chief Simon Ottereyes Street. Coinciding with the groundbreaking, representatives from CNG Capital’s department recently toured CFNW Public Buildings.
